See, I'm a millennial and most of the technology that I grew up with and learned about is now either out of date or has switched to some type of subscription model that I am unfamiliar with and feels needlessly complex and I am finding it increasingly more difficult to get my bearings as the speed at which technology changes keeps getting faster and faster and I'm having more and more trouble deciphering what is real vs what is a scam and oh God have I become my parents and is this the beginning of being paranoid of technology and unable to adapt to a new world order and am I going to have to take technology CLASSES at like the YMCA or the library or something???

Had Kitty Anxiety This Week

Had to take our kitty Ruby to the vet this week to have her checked out. She was off colour last week and dropped a some weight because she wasn't eating properly for a couple of days.

So we packed her in the carrier, took her in, and paid for some blood tests. We thought it might be thyroid because she seems to be hungry a lot and she puts on and loses weight really quickly.

The results came back yesterday.

Vet's conclusion - there is nothing wrong with her - she's just an old fart (well he didn't exactly say that, but that's what it means 😆). So we're just carrying on spoiling her rotten, as she deserves.🥰

Here she is having cuddles with my sister looking very content. Not sure Soph has ever managed more than a few sips of tea when she comes for breakfast because as soon as Soph has finished eating, Ruby demand to be picked up for cuddles.
